This year’s Geneva Motor Show continues to yield a murderer’s row of awe-inspiring cars, and the latest four-wheel marvel takes the form of the 2018 Porsche 911 GT3. Let’s get the most notable bit of news out of the way first: the manual transmission is back, available at no extra cost alongside the standard seven-speed PDK. Those gearboxes are connected to a new 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine generating 500 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque, resulting in a 0 – 60 mph sprint time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 197 mph with the dual-clutch, or 3.8 seconds and 198 mph with the six-speed manual. New aerodynamic treatments — including a new front spoiler, rear diffuser and carbon fiber rear wing — aid in the speed gathering efforts.
