The brand that gave you your first pair of raw selvedge denim jeans turns 30 years old this year, but 2017 is also significant because the minimalist French label is also launching the A.P.C. Made in the USA capsule collection. The release marks the start of a new sub-brand, A.P.C.U.S., featuring sweatshirts and tees made in Los Angeles. Not only are the pieces made here in the U.S., but according to outspoken A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou, the entire collection is “humanly priced.” The hoodie and crewneck pictured above retail for $170 and $135, respectively, and the matching T-shirt goes for $75. The inaugural release, available now, sees the trio of essentials finished in versatile heathered grey, emblazoned with “A.P.C. U.S.” lettering across the chest.
