Arriving this season is the Goldwin Spring/Summer 2017 “Ski to Street” capsule collection, featuring a cohesive range of wardrobe staples from the premium Japanese ski brand. As its name suggests, the versatile assortment is designed to go from the city to the ski station, offered in a neutral color palette with a considered dedication to detail. There are three distinct Gore-Tex shells, alongside various layering pieces and durable menswear for everyday living. Standouts include the Hooded Spur Coat, engineered in Japan with 3-Layer Gore-Tex and 70-denier fabric, cut in a relaxed fit and backed with complete seam-sealed protection. It’s joined by a more traditional silhouette in the form of the 3-Layer Gore-Tex Mountain Jacket, which hits the top of the hip and shields the face from the wind with a high collar. Additional key items include the Hooded Pullover jacket, built with vintage polyester double weave fabric, and the water-repellent Packable Windbreaker made with textured yarn that provides elasticity for a run or stroll. Rounding out the collection are quick drying button-up shirts and multiple pant fits.
