JUNCTURE

Rolls-Royce SRH

With the Rolls-Royce SRH, the luxury British automaker offers a much needed jolt of automotive fun for the young patients at St. Richard’s Hospital Pediatric Day Surgery Unit in Chichester, West Sussex, England. Rolls-Royce’s in-house Bespoke Manufacturing team devoted over 400 hours of their own time to build the SRH, which features a 3D-printed Spirit of Ecstasy and bespoke paddle shifters. A 24-volt battery allows the car to race around hospital corridors at a top speed of 10 miles per hour, while the young driver is offered an escape from the stress of surgery. On the aesthetic front, the one-of-a-kind vehicle is finished in a two-tone paint job that combines Andalusion White and Salamanca Blue with a fine, hand-painted coach line in St. James Red.
