Rolls-Royce Wraith Inspired by British Music

Sometimes the title says it all, and that’s the case with the new concept project dubbed the Rolls-Royce Wraith Inspired by British Music. The program is launching through a collaboration with three rock ‘n’ roll luminaries, each invited to the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England, where they worked in close partnership with the brand’s design experts to create personal expressions of their music legacies. The first spate of collaborators included Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who; the recently knighted Ray Davies of The Kinks; and Giles Martin, son of the legendary record producer Sir George Martin, commonly known as the “Fifth Beatle.” The resulting four bespoke cars (Daltrey took on two designs) will be sold later in 2017, with Rolls-Royce donating a portion of the proceeds to charities selected by each artist, including the Teenage Cancer Trust.
