The Radical MOOV Hoverboard comes from a partnership between Mark Cuban and Radical Transport, who hope to set their product apart with a host of design innovations. They include a sleek unibody aluminum design, larger wheels and a lower stance. Crucially, the Radical MOOV features maneuverability that functions more like a Segway than other hoverboards, which means it’s the shifting of a rider’s weight that controls the board, resulting in increased rider stability and handling. The MOOV will top out at a speed of around 16 miles per hour, with about 12 miles of range. An accompanying app will allow users to adjust the board’s top speed, cornering, and balance controls. Look for the Radical MOOV to launch soon on Kickstarter, where it will available for $1,099, while retail is listed at $1,299.
