JUNCTURE

2018 Jaguar XF Sportbrake

Representing the station-wagon variant of the XF sedan, the 2018 Jaguar XF Sportbrake is poised to compete with the all new BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class. Visually, the XF Sportbrake has the same front face and aluminum-intensive architecture as its sedan counterpart, though the extra space behind the second row expands cargo capacity to 31.7 cubic feet. Under the hood is a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine, putting out 380 horsepower and enabling the wagon to hit 60 mph in 5.3 seconds. All-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic gearbox are both standard, and the list of advanced technology features include electronic automatic braking, semi-automated park assist, and Intelligent Driveline Dynamics (IDD), which eliminates understeer while promoting more agile steering. The XF S Sportbrake will be available in the U.S. with an MSRP of $71,445, including destination.
