Sleek and tall, the Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 50 Speaker delivers premium sound — to the tune of 2,100 watts — to go along with its good looks. Hidden behind the handsome exterior, made with polished aluminum and warm oak grates, there are three 4-inch midrange drivers, three 10-inch woofer drivers and seven built-in amplifiers. Up top, a 0.74-inch tweeter that the company calls an “Acoustic Lens” slowly rises up when you turn the speaker on, able to either direct a beam of sound toward the listener or fill the entire room with sound. Additionally, Active Room Compensation uses various filters to create the ideal listening experience. The BeoLab 50 is in stores now, priced at an eye-watering $39,170 per pair.
